The written word can be misread or misunderstood. Common words used in articles describe what you see not what is happening. This literature is read for knowledge and should not always be implemented without the correct explanation and guidance from a qualified professional.
Being referred to or supplied with manuals and/or reference materials that are relevant to what you are trying to improve, is the literature that you should be reading.
